JJ Gerlach

John (JJ) Gerlach is an ASE Master Technician and has been with Harry’s since 2006. JJ is married with 5 kids. When he is not hard at work repairing or maintaining your vehicles, JJ likes to go camping with his family, work out and keep himself healthy and in good shape, and sometimes relax and veg out while playing video games. JJ has some great goals to attain in the next few years and they include buying and owning a home for he and his family, getting his private pilots license and buying a plane to fly, and obtaining pure financial independence and freedom. JJ’s professionalism, thorough and dedicated service makes him valuable asset to Harry’s, as well as an integral part of the Harry’s HP Tire & Auto family and team.

Harry and Barbara Volkmann

Harry & Barbara Volkmann have been owners of Harry’s HP Tire and Auto since April 1, 1997. Back then, the business was known as Harry’s Family Tire and Auto Repair and it all began in a small single bay/single lift facility. With hard work, determination, long hours, and a little blood, sweat, and even a few tears thrown in for good measure, they have brought the business to where it is today. Harry and Barbara have 5 kids and 7 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, visiting with friends, camping with their motorhome club, and spending time with their family.

Sometimes life gets in the way of things we should take care of to prevent hiccups in our schedule. Things to look out for and be prepared for:

- New maintenance sheets to be given during your service so you know what to expect this visit and also to prepare you for your next.

- A full safety inspection on every vehicle, even if it was just in last week. The health of your body can change in a matter of days, and so can the health of your vehicle. As prepared as we like to be, we can’t anticipate everything that may be problematic.

- Plan about 10 to 15 minutes during the check in procedure as we verify your current information INCLUDING your email address as we are moving to a digital delivery system. We don’t have many opportunities to give back to nature, but we can try by saving a tree here or there.
